The Estonian Reserve Officers' Association unites active officers and non-commissioned officers from all branches and specialties, as well as other people interested in national defense.

For €25 per year you get:

Participate in 4 internal seminars of EROA, where speakers will be security specialists, top politicians, members of the Estonian Defence Forces, members of the Estonian Defence League, top private sector managers and other experts related to national defence, who will discuss current topics in national defence.
Strengthen Estonia's defense capability by contributing to the creation and maintenance of a network of reserve commanders. Participate in social activities among reservists. Maintain contact with your unit and the Defense Forces.
To contribute to the promotion of national defense and to participate in the creation of national defense legislation. To participate in exercises as a participant or arbitrator. To improve oneself by attending training courses in the Defense Forces, the Defense League or abroad. To pursue a career in the reserves, to obtain a permanent wartime position, to advance in positions and ranks.
Participate in international cooperation and build relationships with allies. Attend international events and trainings aimed at reserve commanders. Represent the state of Estonia and the Estonian Defence Forces in allied countries and thereby promote the interests of the state of Estonia.
To carry forward the traditions of the Estonian Defence Forces: by commemorating the fallen, restoring former symbols, and manning the national flag of the Republic of Estonia at parades and ceremonies.
To practice their shooting skills by participating in EROA shooting competitions. An EROA member meets the requirements for a person participating in national defense set out in Section 1, Clause 7, Paragraph 3 of the Weapons Act and receives the benefits arising therefrom.
Promote maintaining physical fitness and contribute to improving the physical fitness of reservists. Engage in military sports, including at an international level.
